I've stayed here twice. The first room I had was excellent with great views. The second not so good on a floor that smelled of cigarettes. But overall it's better than other Radissons in the capital.

If you are used to staying in central London you will get no surprises at the Portman, smallish rather worn rooms needing some renovation and my most hated bathroom style of the shower being mounted over the bath with a clammy curtain to keep the spray in... Yuck...
