Beautifull hotel 4 star deluxe in the most amazing location by covent garden London. Its location is un paralleled right across the street from the Cambridge Theatre and about a 2 blocks from the covent garden market. Walking is perfect in this area...charming, full of life, shopping, restaurants..just amazing. Lovely Anabelle showed us the facilities. modern rooms, clean and spacious...with... More

Located superbly in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden we found the hotel excellent. Room was tight but with lovely furnishings. Service very good, but best part is location. Excellent cafes and shops around. More

I had never stayed in a Radisson Hotel before loved the hotel and layout to the room. The staff made us very welcome especially receptionist Mariella. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and they could not have been more helpful. Hotel ideally situated for Coventry Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalger Square. Will stay here again no problem. More

I stayed here for two nights last week, first night on my own and second with a colleague in a different room, so I asked for a simple thing to be taken care of. I asked that my bag be put in the new room as I would have very little time to return from work and get ready to... More

Great hotel. Top staff. Perfect location for Covent garden Or room was not ready on arrival so they upgraded us and got us any drink we wanted at the bar. Not bad for being kept waiting for ten minutes. More

Checks all the boxes. Delightful seven dials village a 2 min walk from covent garden tube station, yet in a very quiet and cute area. Rooms nice, as hotel is new. Good breakfast however, only issues are; 1) poor sound isolation from the lifts [you can hear them faintly all night] 2) not a clock in the room at all!... More

I've stayed at the Mercer St several times, both for business and leisure. There's nothing negative I can say about it other than it can be a bit pricey. But in my view you get what you pay for here. Great decor and location, good nights sleep - what more can you ask for?! More
