I stayed here three nights; simply room, maybe poor and small, but recently renevate and clean; only one things to notice : some ants due to the near garden (the room was on the ground floor) the bathroom wasn't ensuite, but was shared with only one room, and very clean. This hotel may be a little worn around the edges, but it's scrupulously clean and the staff are all very friendly, which was all I needed for £40 a night (April 2012).
