I am amazed hotel management have not responded to the latest review nearly 2 weeks after it was posted. I sympathize with the poster and hope all turns out well, but it says something about the vigilance of hotel management that they don't care or are still unaware how important these reviews are to their business.

This is a very nice boutique hotel, in a great location very near to Portobello road, but still very private and quiet. It may be a little old but that adds to its character, and possibly a little overpriced, but all in all it was perfect for our romantic night in London, and we would probably book here again.

A perfect place if you want a private but central location. Ideally situated near Portobello Road and Kensington High Street. We absolutely loved this hotel. It's faded elegance is such a refreshing change from many other London hotels. We had a gorgeous circular bed with a sweet balcony and a huge bath in our room. Beautiful, a little bit expensive but just lovely. Staff were kind and pleasant but not intrusive and I can't wait to go back!
