My daughter, sister and I stayed here for three days. The stay was perfect...location, room, hospitality were all perfect. The weather wasn't so perfect but there was an umbrella in our room closet for our use. I would recommend this to anyone. More

The staff was great, helpful, charming. We would walk in the door, the staff knew us by name, they handed us our keys with out saying our room number. The location is wonderful, walking to Buckingham Palace was easy. Location between Harrod's and Sloan Street. What more could you want. More

The Captial was everything we hoped for and more. Within a couple hours of arrival, staff greeted us by name. Guest rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The bar area is a marvelous place for early or late evening gathering...great conversations with guests from throughout the world. The dining room is lovely and serves excellent meals. Location is superb. More

The staff at the hotel and the attention to detail are wonderful. The room itself, and most certainly the bathroom, are a bit on the small side, but being in the heart of Knightsbridge one could expect that. The location makes up for that. The breakfast room and the bar are quite enjoyable, and the breakfast itself was very enjoyable.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week-long stay at The Capital. Quiet, nicely decorated (and not over-decorated) room with everything we needed, comfortable bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. Good bathroom with tub/shower and towel warmer that worked. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar with excellent food. Great central location, steps from a Tube station with direct line to Heathrow Airport.... More

I have stayed at The Capital twice a year for the last 6-7 years. I love it; the location, the atmosphere, the size, the price, the food and of course the service. They go out of their way to help. More

I decided to rate hotels in London according to the price they charge per night. Cheaper hotels would thus have lower expectations from me. This hotel charges above average per night. So should be everything else about it. The room was one of the nicest I had in London. It was relatively spacious (for London) with lovely old-fashioned furniture. Spacious... More

We have stayed at The Capital twice in 12 months, for a week each time. Everything about the hotel is top class. Our apartment (yes, they have a few apartments) is always comfortable and housekeeping is excellent. The Concierge team have everything covered: tours, attractions, museums, and of course restaurants. Even if you think you know London, you will love... More
