Superb staff, everything works like clockwork from collection at London City Airport to getting our son a room. He was a late and unexpected guest.
Nothing is ever too much trouble; mail and parcels held for our arrival, cars booked, early arrival and late departure.

Dinner at Aspleys is truly an excellent treat the service and the food is outstanding.
Its our third visit and it has never dissapointed. Such a shame that some diners
show such little respect for others by turning up in jeans and tee shirts.

Gorgeous interior and very comfortable seating. The service was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely sumptuous afternoon tea. Great selection of sandwiches some contemporary ones which provided an interesting twist. The cakes were delicious and dainty. Good selection of teas.
I enjoyed the afternoon tea here more than the Wolsey, Browns, Sketch and Landmark.

Recently stayed, but also been a local for afternoon teas/GTs a number of times with friends and work colleagues.
This Hotel, from front of house to the rooms and decor, is far more subdued than other Park Lane hotels, and all the better for it. Its certainly my favorite.
