You have to be the to believe that there is a such nice little hotel just some minutes from HArrods and other shopping areas around. After a smooth checking process, we were introduced to our suite which was nice, fresh, well decorate and quiet...the afternoon tea with the freshly baked scones are delicious(unfortunately we had a restaurant booked for dinner... Great location, nicely decorated room and ideal for peace and quiet away from the throws of Knightsbridge. However for my one night stay, it was a bit of a let down! The TV has limited channels and the reception was not clear. The service was very very very slow - you are asked to advise in advance time for breakfast... More

Recently we spent 6 nights in a small but comfortable room and enjoyed one breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea delivered to the room. We relaxed in the lounge in the evenings with out complimentary drinks and had excellent meals at Patar Thai Restaurant and Racine's. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Knightsbridge and escape... More

We had a two night stay last week. We found the staff to be courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean and welcoming. We arrived after they had stopped serving cream teas but they still arranged for them to be brought to our room and they were excellent. Our room, Nr 10, was on the small side and as... More

I was sorry to hear that you were disturbed by the noise for the air-conditioning units outside your room. We are looking into how we can eliminate this noise. When travelling on business many weeks during the year, it is great to get a feeling like home when checking in at a hotel. And that's excactly the feeling I get when staying here. The atmosphere in this boutique hotel is very warm and welcoming which has a lot to do with the loyal staff. And I enjoy the quiet... More

Just returned from a weekend stay at a special offer of £165. With a complimentary cream tea and bar, it was excellent value. The hotel was beautiful, a small boutique hotel in a quiet square just round the corner from Harrods, very individual with a small reception room and further guest lounge with computor / printer for guests use. Service... More

It was a one-night stay (thankfully) because my favourite hotel (Threadneedles) was full. I’d requested a very quiet room away from the lift. I was initially allocated a ground floor room next to reception and the self-service bar. This was changed to secluded a room on the 4th floor when I complained. Aside from its location, the room itself was... More

Stayed April 2012 for five nights, room 14. Prepaid over $440.00 per night. Arrival was low key. No lift to room. We were greeted by black hairs in the bed. Room was dusty and had cobwebs. Heating was off. Carpet stained. Bed linen similar to hospital grade. Bed was firm. Pillows awful. Our room faced the street and the window... More

Stayed at the hotel last week, absolutely perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac off Brompton Road. The Knightsbridge tube stop was just beside Harrods & taxis were easily available all the time. We had booked a suite which was lovely, on the 4th floor our only foible with this hotel is the minute lift ( 2 persons only or 1... More

Dear Bellefast, Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review about The Beaufort Hotel. I appreciate your comments and will share them with our staff. You mention our lift being small which I agree with but it has been recently installed and is perfectly safe. Our property is in a listed building (over 100 years old)... More
