The decor and location of this hotel are superb. The grounds are stunning and it has all of the facilities you would expect from a destination hotel. Staff are friendly and polite and cant do enough to help

Well, this is a funny one. A good hotel, with comfortable rooms set in a scenic location near to Heathrow. Staff were very helpful, except they were not quite as helpful in the bar. Check out the drink prices in the bar before you order!!!

Two years ago I visited Syon Park as a spectacularly aspirational Waldorf and had a superb lunch with friends. Recently I needed a hotel close to Heathrow and thought of this as a special treat and was pleasantly surprised it had been downgraded price wise so even went for the upgrade to a King Deluxe room with a view. Amazing value for money. one of the cheapest options in central London and by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The restaurant was great and all the staff were friendly and offered us the best deals.

Tricky place to review. We went two years ago when it was still part of the Waldorf Astoria. Back then a King Room was £240. Now it's more like £140.
