Very comfortable Hotel with excellent service, great view from the 12th floor room much appreciated cakes on arrival. Food was great especially breakfast, A La Carte menu had a good choice. Overall a very enjoyable stay . Only drawback no lunches were served only snacks in the bar.

Although on the 'wrong' side of the river the hotel is close enough to good transport links and a 15 minute walk will take you to Westminster, South Bank etc. The hotel itself is excellent. We stayed at the H10 London Waterloo because it was close to Waterloo Station (Jubilee line) and was convenient for reaching the O2 Arena. My wife attended four days of the Men's ATP Finals while I visited museums and points of interest. The area around Waterloo is fun and safe to walk by yourself but at night go in pairs.... More

Stayed there for two nights. Room clean and spacious, free WiFi, a must in my opinion. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. This is a quite hotel, no activity in the small bar. Recommended for a couple or business trip.

The London branch of the H10 group performs very well. It is rather new and offers agreable and practical interior design, from the tub faucet to the automatic entrance door. Nothing tangled us in the room or around. Abundant breakfast, perfectly neat spaces, very good communication (Maura, Tommy). Worth every penny. Congratulations!

I was here for a conference at QEII centre, and came in to Waterloo, so this was ideally placed, and Covent Garden's just over the river for the evenings.
