Nice hotel with decent transport links into central London. We booked an urban view room which ended up being a view of the hotel car park with no direct sun light, but we didn't spend much time in the room for it be an issue. Easy access into London Victoria via bus with the bus stop directly outside the hotel... More

We rtecently paid out first visit to the Rafeyel Hote. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was top rate. All the staff, from check in to room service, the rstaurant and bar, all made us feel welcome. We stayed three nights and will surely be back. We have beeked for another short stay in June. Congratulations... More

This hotel is not located in central (attraction area) of London, so it is about a 30 to 40 minute Over/Underground ride to the central part of London. But, being a little out of the heart of London was worth it for the affordable price of this nice, modern, overall clean hotel! The room did have a number of stains... More

For remarkably little (in central London terms) we had an apartment on two floors with a wonderful view of the River - two bedrooms, big kitchen, a bath, 3 showers, dining room and much more. Truly memorable, and yet ... the shower cords were dirty, some of the woodwork was heavily scuffed, on arrival our porter got us out of... More

A very modern hotel with quality fittings, huge windows, comfortable beds and good service and I can't quite put my finger on why I feel a little let down by this hotel. The room was just amazing, an unusual layout with everything you could need. We stayed in a Nile Suite which was huge with amazing views of the Thames........ More

The best hotel room I have ever stayed in... a standard double room gets you a spacious bedroom, with lounge area, office area, huge bathroom and walk-in shower, all with high quality wood, tiles, etc. Even an ipod/phone docking station to play to charge or play music though the central speaker system. and it was only 119£... just a 15... Hotel Rafayel is a modern and generally well maintained, eco-friendly hotel with cosy, stylish and well-sized rooms (for London) with a not very well working climate control system and average staff, located 20’ (public) bus ride away from Central London (Victoria Station) or 5’ away from Clapham Junction station (railway) by free hotel shuttle. Hotel Rafayel offers a modern ambience... More

I stayed here for 8 nights in May 2012 in the Mississippi room. The room and hotel in general is quite nice. Not in the sense of a 5-star hotel, but the staff is friendly and the rooms nicely decorated. The location as many people have mentioned is in Battersea (south of Chelsea and on the Thames). I loved it.... More

I stayed here in June 2011. While the location perhaps isn’t the best for central London it make up for it in other ways. I found the staff to be welcoming and helpful. The room was stupidly well equipped with some fancy docking station you can plug phones, tablets and computers in to so you can play music in the... More

We wanted a weekend getaway in London, and the Hotel Rafayel across the river Thames was an ideal choice .... The hotel did not disappoint for we stayed in the Thames Room overlooking the river with magnificent views in a luxurious room .... Loved their bathrooms ... Great service in a great hotel where one can feel the love that... More
