Room really small, no wardrobe space at all, shower and toilet tiny, manager rude when telephoning after, breakfast very basic, know it was new year when we stayed but extorniate price even receptionist agreed

Stayed here for two nights while sight seeing. The hotel was lovely and clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was all freshly made to order. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and manager always polite. No more than a 5 min walk to underground and local shops. Parking is free on weekends and after 6:30pm.

On arrival we were put in a room with no en suite which we had asked for. This was extremely annoying and inconvenient. Cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Staff were very nice and friendly. Location was ideal for underground.

well the staff was great the rooms are small and not in the best shape but yes they are cheaper so what are people expecting. and it is near to subway so exploring london is easy. i will definitely go again. and tnx again to the manager for everything..
