“Modern and clean, but lacking some essentials”

The apartment looked good, the kitchen/living area was very nice, and we had 2 bedrooms and baths. We stayed 5 nights. The problems were that we couldn't get response from staff to get what we needed - toilet paper, extra bedding (some did show up after multiple days and calls) and internet (never got it) .
