A good location in central London that is relatively quiet. Friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Fitness room is useful. Room is on the small side but well cleaned and if you are tidy you can cope! Internet connection is free and has a good signal. Air conditioning was efficient and quiet.

This hotel is excellent. Clean, designed rooms, very central to communications (easily walked with a suitcase from Paddington station), nice staff. we stayed in the Park Grand Hotel for 4 nights. Lovely neat an cozy hotel. Located very central. Walking distance from paddington station. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Rooms and dining room was very neat and a pleasant to use. Will use this hotel anytime again. And will recomment it to any of my friend.
