Great location, just a short walk to Earls Court station, and from there you can get anywhere in London. Also a good bus service. The apartment was excellent. We were on ground level, with the living room facing the street, but had no trouble with noise. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was so good to... More

Great location near Earls Court tube station. Apartments were excellently equipped with dishwasher and washing machine (although we did not use them). Wished we could have stayed longer. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the Blackbird pub just down the road. Marks and Sparks food shop also down the road. The apartment was clean... More

Our family stayed here in August 2011. We agreed it was the nicest accomodation of our entire trip. These apartments are classy, modern, beautifully decorated, spacious - I could live there permanently! They have everything you could need. The location is excellent, close to high street, tube, pubs, market. We will definitely be going back!

Spent a week in a studio apartment and was exceptionally pleased with the high standard of the room which was furnished with everything you would expect to need. The housekeeping staff left the room spotless each day. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The location is very good: a short walk to the tube station and close to... More

We were 2 adults and one child and we stayed for a week 1st week of may 2013. Plus: 1) extraordinary service by all staff. This alone makes it worth coming back. E.g, dishwashing is not part of their job, but it would get done every day (dish washer). We had forgotten a voucher in our room locker and we... More

When we arrived at midnight we where given a room underground that was suited for disabled people. The room was big but a little too cold for us and a bit noisy. First thing in the morning we asked for a different room and where given one instantly. The rooms a fantastic for families and equipped with EVERYTHING u might... More

Where do I start? After researching and researching where to stay in London I decided on a DeLuxe studio apartment at the Presidential because it had free wi-fi (something standard for USA hotels but it is not the standard in Europe, many hotels charge extra), it was located near a tube station, and the price offered at Expedia was reasonable.... I stayed here while traveling to London for work. My co-workers had stayed here prior and had recommended the hotel for my stay. Overall the hotel was nice. My room was set up as a studio with a bathroom, kitchen, two person dining room table, queen bed, and vanity area. My only complaints were that the room was hard to... More
