When I arrived at the hotel told me that the room was not available, they put me in contact with another hotel, the more expensive and bad, I lost half a day of my vacation.

I booked Rivington Apartment for two months and arrived at 11.30 PM.The reception was open just for you to check-in.The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and I always seem to drift right off to sleep.The staff is always cheerful and professional and the concierge service is top notch.

it´s an nightmare!! choose this hotel if you want to be awake all nights long...garbage trucks coming and going the whole night, loud noise of bottles crushing.
Bed was awful, not even a real bed, more like camping equipment.
Tv didn't work, room was not even half of what it was supposed to be, etc etc...

Booked here and when I turned up the room was unavailable. Offer shoddy alternative. Fortunately the holiday inn had space but I had to pay more.
Having seen other reviews it seems this is standard practice at langham house.
Book only if you have a back up plan.

Awful experience, booked a serviced apartment. Travelled 600 miles to arrive to a no show display from this service provider.
Failed to provide a room on night 1, took me to a hotel in Bloomsbury which I had to pay for.
Had to throw away a weeks (£70) worth of groceries as no access to serviced apartment.

We arrived, were upgraded to a nice attic space apartment, had a real nice stay. The place has an excellent location in East London, close to Old Street Underground Station. In charming Rivington Street and side streets you will find a variety of small interesting shops and lovely restaurants. Go for it!
