Booked a 'Club Room' which wasnt ready when I arrived at 11am (fair enough check in as 2pm). Came back at 2pm, went to room to find electrics not working, fixed after 10mins. Great location, 5 minutes from Paddington and a great place to stay. Room was small but then it was a single room, I'd pay the extra £10 next time and get a double. Shower was great, TV worked with all channels and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay again. More

From checkin process to the rooms and then to breakfast, all are in good taste. Good quite rooms especially for old couple like us in city. Only flaw is the some furniture in rooms requires some touch-up but that too not very bad. Compact rooms but expected from city hotels. Surely will choose again. Mr & Mrs Shortland More

The booked large room (bring up to 2 Childeren for free) was tiny for my feeling. No chance to bring kids!). Breakfast starting at 7 is ... unfeasable for me. This is a Hotel that is booked because of the short distance to Paddington and heathrow express. Breakfast should start early! More
