As someone else has said, you really do get what you pay for most of the time. I booked this as it was the cheapest I could find near the 02 so serves me right really. If this hotel and pub was modernised they would be charging more than double I'm sure. We arrived early and found that the 'Free... More

Me and my son stayed there for one night. From the outside I thought oh my god what have I booked here but once inside it was great. We had room 11. It was a great room very clean and tidy. Beds were great. I would deff stay there again. A great hotel for a great price. More

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, especially as I wish I had paid double the amount for the Holiday Inn Express just up the road. First of all, in order to get your room key, either a £20 deposit (in cash), or something showing your identity has to be passed over. This is stored in the till at night, although by... More

stayed here for one night to be close to the O2 arena. The hotel is more like a hostel and is realy old and worn. We did not get the room we reserved and got a room with shared bath. Not my kind of favourite, but the room was clean and decent enough. It was a bit further away from... More

We stayed here for one night in a quad room with our young children as we were going to the o2 arena. It was as we expected for the price. Tired - yes, noisy - yes but CLEAN and friendly, would stay there again but only for 1 night because of the noise. Not for the fussy!! But would recommend... More

This place wasn't bad for the price but do not believe anything you see on the website. The business apparantly changed hands a little while back and it has fallen into disrepair. Doorknobs are falling off, showerheads are loose, lightbulbs are burned out, chairs and tables in the pub are broken, etc. The most disappointing thing we discovered is that... More

where do i start ,the hotel generally is quite clean with neutral colors which is quite good. having said that , one gets this general impression that the hotel is actually doing you a favor for staying at theirs if you are not booking one of their choice priced rooms .which kind of makes you feel you are staying for... I booked one night in a twin room here as I was going to the O2 Arena. There's been good reviews for this hotel - hence why I booked it ! We were in Room 16 - below ground level, a tiny room which was damp, smelly and dirty. The bedding etc was clean but the walls were in need... More
