This hostel delivered what it promised- warm, comfortable rooms with working showers, places to lock your valuables and friendly helpful staff. The wifi worked and the breakfasts were amazing- fantastic full english breakfast with lots of extras- thanks a million! The dinner menu was not great- most things I asked for were not available but the breakfasts more than made... More

The guy on reception when we arrived seem to be on another planet. It took nearly an hour for him to simply hand us our keys, despite the fact that we'd pre-booked and he had all our info. There was a German family at the counter before us, and it took a similar amount of time for them. They then... More

As other people have said great location is the best thing about this hostel, oh and the price. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a quad share room for our family which was large enough and the showers and toilets are plentiful and reasonably clean. Beds were really uncomfortable for the adults but the kids didn't seem... More

This hostel is especially compared to other places in London just perfect: The building is old, but it's still in a great shape, the rooms are clean, there is a sufficient amount of bathrooms around, so you don't have to wait to take a shower! (only "bad" thing is, that the sinks in the bathrooms are small, in a private... More

This hostel is in an excellent location with good tube/bus connections to all the sites. The breakfast is ok, a choice of eggs would be good (not just scrambled) and a better quality of sausage. The pizza at the restaurant was suprisingly good. The rooms are ok, very small given the amount of beds in them (we were a family... More

Very nice hostel, in the center of London. We got a private double room, facing the street. The room had two single beds, so no bunk bed, but at an earlier visit at the hostel we got a bunk bed in a private doubleroom. The madrases were old, and not very comfy. The toilet and shower need better ventilation, and... More

This is yet another great hostel with great staff. Plenty of loos and separate showers. (It was once a dorm remember) We had a room with two single beds, not bunks, which explains how two very elderly women (80's) could be staying there...so if this good for you, now you know to ask. It is an historic building and has... More

I had to visit an open day in Brick court chambers near Temple in central london. This was the closest hostel. And actually its location is very central. They are good budget hostel for solo people. I stayed here for one night as next day early on Monday I had to get there on time. Make sure you buy membership... More

The location is excellent with a lot of the attractions within walkable distances. Was there during the winter so was relatively calmer and less busy. I stayed in the dorm for eight. The room was spacious and not too cramped. The beds were very weird as they were bunk beds for three which i had never seen before. The place... More

It's like camping but with beds and no tent; That's what one of my kids said. We stayed in a family room for five of us as we couldn't find a hotel for decent value just for a night. It's amazing value and location mean I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a budget, room only option. Was clean and... More
