We booked this hotel last minute for a visit to Wembley Stadium, after checking the reviews we did not know what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a lovely reception area, staff were very welcoming, we were quickly checked in and the receptionist arranged our taxi to Wembley. The room was perfect, a loft room on... More

This hotel gives the best western chain a bad name. My wife and I stayed here in April 2012. We did not have any unrealistic expectations, after all it was in london. And most budget hotels in that fine city are nothing but glorified hostels. The first prblem was trying to find the hotel. It is located on Herndon way which... More

The hotel is basic, all that you need. No iron in rooms, but friendly helpful staff. We only needed a place to sleep during our stay and that was perfect. Did not break the Bank either. Good connection bus 13 takes you to Oxford circus in under 40 min. We were happy and wud stay again More

Location is good to get to from M1 although right on the busy Hendon Way. Check in was 3pm but we got there early at 12 ish. We were told they may have the room ready a bit earlier and we were asked to wait. The staff brought us cups of tea and we relaxed in the nice surroundings. The... More

It is not easy to find a good hotel in London for a sensible price; some of those near to the main railway stations are dreadful. The Best Western Palm is ideal although it is a twenty minute walk from Golders Green underground station which is the way I go to the hotel which I have used four times. The... More

Previous reviews on this website marked the hotel as average and issues with rennovations being noisy, so i was a bit hesitant but thought surely they won’t be making noise at night so all I need is a good sleep. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel seemed to look completely refurbished with only the exterior still... More

We stayed at this hotel after friends had booked in and couldn't travel. A free weekend in London in December - what could go wrong!! We arrived late on Friday evening. We booked in effortlessly, the receptionist was extremely friendly and courteous. A great start - a shame it went downhill so rapidily. The room we were given was at... More

This is about my fourth stay here, Each time its improving, The staff are friendly especially the Restaurent staff which was an area I had concerns about in my last review, The simple touch of a menu for breakfast on the table makes a difference and people used it (complaint for the lack of this last time) Well Done, The... The rooms in the Best Western were excellent. Clean and well appointed with an excellent walk-in shower. However the service in the restaurant in the evening was truly appalling. We were given menus and expected to order instantly with the waitress looking surprised when we asked for some time. The starters were ok. My main course and one of my... More
