Stayed just for 1 night in March 2012. A very enjoyable experience. Clean and quiet room overlooking the park, but would possibly have been rather on the small side for 2 people. I have stayed here before and always been comfortable. My room was newly decorated and a good size. I asked for a quiet room, and it was. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is of a good standard and good value. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, only moan - cold plates for the hot breakfast! Would recommend. More

Our check in was efficient, especially as we were having two rooms but arriving at different times. We were two couples with two children, grandma and grandpa having one child in one room and the parents the other child in the other room. We stayed at this hotel for two nights in March. Vey disappointed - we have stayed in other Best Western Hotels before and this does not compare. The bedroom was not clean. The carpet was badly stained and the mirrors were dirty. Bathroom window near impossible to open and impossible to keep open. We booked a double en suite room.... More
