We enjoyed a large room with en suite bath and all the amenities, even a view of the Lincoln Cathedral. There was ample parking, and the location is an easy walk to the cathedral and castle area. Eden house is in a perfect location to access the old part of Lincoln. We were made to feel incredibly welcome. The room was beautiful with amazing views of the cathedral and breakfast was an absolute treat. We were even provided lemon to go in black tea.

Just spent four nights at Eden House. We stayed in the Africa room which is a lovely comfortable room with a view of the Cathedral. Geoff and Jane were delightful hosts, warm and welcoming. Jane's breakfasts were delicious, all made from locally sourced produced and fresh homemade bread. You could not wish for a nicer B&B.
