We found the D'Isney to be in an excellent location, the room was spacious and light, and the staff was tops. And the room-service breakfast was an especially nice touch! Perhaps a story will illustrate our loyalty to Lincoln and its people. My wife and I consider Lincoln Cathedral to be, along with Durham and York, the finest in England.... More

The good points.... The hotel is lovely, clean, brilliant friendly staff. They are new owners and trying hard to please. The garden is huge and beautiful, you can sit outside with a drink and see the cathedral close by. You have to walk down steep hill to the shops.
