I have only good things to say about the B&B and would recommend anyone thinking of going to Lincoln to stay here instead of the overpriced, Ikea kitted out hotels. Great location close to castle and cathedral, good value for location. Bedroom clean with nice new modern bathroom. Self service continental break fast with plenty of choice of cereals, jams etc. Only down side was the very steep drive my low car bottomed out, so if you have a sport car beware! More

This is what a B and B should be,lovely building in a great location for all the attractions on foot.
