Philippa and Andy made us both feel very welcome. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are great. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Bailgate, 5 minutes walk to the Castle and Cathedral. If you are visiting Lincoln then we would recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed! More

We spent two nights in July at the Stables B & B. We were made very welcome by Philippa and her husband. Good location with parking and easy walking distance of Lincoln city centre.
