Hotel nice and modern. We had a family room but once the sofa bed was in use there wasn't much room to manoeuvre. Both beds were very comfortable though. Staff very friendly and helpful. “Very nice HI Express!”

Located next to a retail park in Lincoln this is a very new hotel, with car parking on site. The hotel is my favourite HI Express in the UK. Rooms are very good, with a high standard if decor. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and polite, always able to help. Hotel clean, very comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. “Modern, good location”

A standard Holiday Inn Express, modern nice room. The hotel is in a very good location for the main attraction of Lincoln, we got a taxi to the castle (it is an uphill walk) and visited the castle and cathedral and wandered back to the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel recently, can't fault it. Good location for the attractions of Lincoln, friendly, efficient, helpful staff, nice rooms and a good complimentary breakfast. All in all a lovely break

“Fantastic, clean, well looked after hotel”

We stayed in a family room at the hotel which was very spacious! The bed was really really easy to sleep in and the room facilities were fab! The free breakfast was brill, plenty of choice from delicious scrambled eggs and proper sausages to many cereals etc! Definitely stay again
