We have just had a wonderful weekend at the Fairview. We were made very welcome and found Renata and Paul very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room is lovely, modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed, flat screen tv, coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolates. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the eggs. I never write these things but I just wanted to say how impressed we both were with the Fairview. Paul and Renata were extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed here for just one night whilst visiting a relative in hospital. Within easy walking distance of town centre and Lincoln Cathedral. It's a relatively new B&B run by two incredibly helpful and welcoming people (Paul & Renata) - nothing was too much trouble!
