Ok, cheap one night stay, clean bed, good value. The place needs decorating, it is tatty. Need to leave a deposit for the TV remote! I had a hole in my bathroom door! Chipped bath, no bed side cabinet. The room was clean and had been smoked in. However for a real budget room only, it was fine.

For £29 a night ensuite this was fine for an overnight stop. Friendly staff and the room was clean. OK so the bathroom was a tinsy bit smelly, but overall it was clean and as a solo female traveller, I also felt safe.

Have stayed numerous times and will do so again when in Leicester, staff always polite and helpful, rooms clean and tidy, well located for some fantastic curry houses. Might not be everyones cup of tea but ideal for a business stop over.
