This hotel and the adjacent NCP multistory make up a large roundabout in the middle of some of Leicester's busiest roads. As such it's easy to get too and parking is extremely convienient . Access by foot is tricky depending on your approach, there is only one way onto the roundabout (without jaywalking) as far as we could tell.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, reception staff friendly and helpful and the hotel has a good central location. We had two nights for £35 a night plus £10 a night for parking. Must be good if all you need is a good nights sleep.

Location was excellent for shopping and restaurants.
Parking simple, although a little expensive at £10 per night. The car park is basically empty overnight and they have a cheap promotion for arrivals between 4am and 9am so I'm sure the hotel could negotiate a better deal if they wanted.

Terrible experience.. Upon check in overbearing staff informed us because we booked in advance for £39 for a family room that breakfast would not be included,if we had booked at a higher price it would have been Inc. So they wanted an extra £30 for breakfast £7.50 each.

Nice hotel, good position etc etc. Love to stay again but WiFi is £16 per day or £5 per hour! Best Western is free as is Starbucks, Wetherspoons etc etc. For a hotel where the walk in room rate is £145, this charge is completely unrealistic. While this is in place I'll not be back....

My wife and my 3 sons & daughter-in-law + granddaughter stayed here for 2 nights 21st & 22nd April. Everything was very relaxing and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was faultless with plenty of choice. The rooms were all clean and spacious, the beds huge and comfortable.Will be back again later this year.
