We booked the whole hotel as there were 35+ of us staying for the weekend. All of the staff are very welcoming and cant do enough for us all making sure we all had a great time! Already planning to book it for next year again! More

A reasonably priced hotel if you want to be on the sea front, stayed one night and had a pleasant welcome, the staff were very accommodating and were very helpful, ringing various restaurants to see if they were open and taking bookings. Car park at front of hotel was not a problem. Room was basic but clean and tidy. Breakfast... More

We stayed with family and friends for one night - 10 March 2012 as I was running in the Blackpool Marathon the following day. We had four rooms between us. As seen on previous reviews, the owners were happy to help with any request. Despite breakfast normally being served between 8.30 - 9.15 am they set a table for me... More

The owner greeted us on arrival. Free parking. The room was clean but rather basic. The room was also cold, but this was quickly remedied by a portable heater being delivered to the room. We did travel on one of the coldest days in November and it was extremely windy and being on the top floor the wind seemed to... More

Free parking on arrival. Took kids for illuminations, booked last minute weekend. Pricey compared to Holiday inns or Premiere inns. As room needed freshening up and bathrooms an overhaul. Clean, not dirty. But tired. Staff were excellent and bent over backward. Breakfast great. Location only short walk to centre. Sea front views what we ordered. So maybe premium view equals... More

Stayed in the Blencarn, Blackpool for 5 nights. I have stayed in the hotel before and was the first choice for a short notice break. I stayed on my own in a double room. The hotel, as usual was very clean throughout. The owners and all staff were very helpful and have the ability to make you feel welcome as... More

We are a family of three who have now stayed at the Blencarn twice. Each time we have been greeted with a very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious enough, clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. The breakfasts are nice and our requirements were catered for. Nothing is a problem to any of the staff, especially Aaron whom we all got... More
