Ideal location within easy walking distance to main attractions such as tower & the pleasure beach. Excellent value for money, good size rooms with basic facilities. We were made to feel as though staying with friends & not as guests. Will definitely stay again

Stayed for the weekend. The room was spotless, breakfast was lovely & a brilliant service. John does a very good job of making sure your stay is the best it can be. And all for a good price! Will definitely be staying again.

No faults at all. we were a group of 23 and john the owner/chef/barman couldnt do enough for us. very friendly, nothing was too much for him to do for us and very accomodating. rooms are lovely. promenade location and close to everything u want. No one wanted to go home! we are already planning a return next year.
