Stayed here over the 1st weekend in December. Literally 5mins walk to the promenade. Breakfast was great, full English plus a selection of cereals. Rooms were clean but a bit on the small side for a family of 4 (just my opinion) however I would stay here again. Free wifi also.

made friends for life with the hosts. genuine nice and all round great people who cant do enough for you. rooms was clean and had everything you need in them or available to you. Had an excellent weekend stay away from the kids. Breakfast was lovely host emma was friendly and nothing was too much trouble felt like we were stopping with friends rather than just a hotel. Thanks again for a lovely stay and hope to see you again next year.

Run by a very friendly lady, Emma, unfortunately had a few problems with this guest house.
