Great location right in the centre good access to the theatres, bars pubs and clubs, so no taxis!! The hotel has a very friendly relaxed atmosphere thanks to Patrons Dave and Caroline. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed, very comfortable. Breakfast is done extremely well, and despite being a busy morning for Caroline our breakfast was... More

Firstly your room been a family room is a non smoking room, you were offered a lower floor because you had young children if the smell was so apparent in the room you know you had the opportunity to change, but you said nothing. You booked... More

Initial impressions very good. Nice welcome and clean Family room, kids loved the bunk beds. On a cold day the room was lovely and warm. Only downside was that we stayed directly above the bar, and whilst husband and children were fast asleep, I was kept awake until 1.30 am (the music finally went off at 1.00 am) with music... More

Quiet location in a back street, only 4-5 mins walk from Opera House/Winter Gardens and from the main shopping streets/pubs/restaurants/Tower, 15 mins walk from train station. Immediately noticeable in the room was a lovely clean fresh smell, small but adequate single room with ensuite facilities - small room fitting a toilet small sink and shower cubicle (room 8). Tea/coffee in... More
