Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Had a very pleasant two night stay with friendly and attentive service. Best B&B I've stayed in in Blackpool by far. Looking forward to a repeat visit when it's maybe busier and less wet and windy! Highly recommended.

Had a lovely Easter break at chaps treated my self to the new 'James dean,' suite complete with mini bar I've said it before the comforts and relaxing atmosphere of chaps makes it a very pleasent way to have a few days away from it all , I'm always sad when it time to return home.

First time ever away from home for Christmas. Had a fantastic time, Hotel was spotlessly clean, friendly atmosphere. Plenty of food and all home made.
