as to a smoke-lea room.. bit harsh if u ask me.. its a bed and breakfast for 20 pound a night which u cannot fault considering the price.. the staff are all lovely and if anyone finds them not then it must the person must have been rude anyway.. hotel is clean, perfect for a getaway and the morning breaky... my son and myself stayed for two nights when we went to the rebellion festival steve and avril great hosts. the room was very nice food was great i even called in to have a beer with steve a couple of months later when my wife went shopping at tk max. great hotel will book again for this years rebellion....
