I cannot describe how awful this hotel is I booked here over the Hilton after good reviews in this site. However arrived and given a tiny twin room hardly enough room to walk around the bed facing over a roof with vents in it. One bed was against dirty peeling wallpaper and the beds could not be pushed together (romantic... More

Dear Mcr160980 Having read your review, we obviously failed to meet your expectations and apologise for that. Without going into a detailed response to every point raised, I felt i must at least reply. Being a large hotel, 160 rooms accommodating up to 400 people, the Cliffs obviously has an on going refurbishment programme and admittedly there will always be... More

Just been for a short break, Mon to Fri, with my husband and 91 year old mother, had a really good time, ours was a family room with two separate bedrooms which gave us privacy while still being together. Meals were delicious, entertainment very good, fantastic value for money as it was all inclusive. Going back to the Claremont (their... More

Just back from staying at the Cliffs Hotel. Went there with my husband for the weekend. Arrived on Saturday an hour earlier than check-in time. We thought we would have to wait but were given our room straight away. Reception was very pleasant. On first impressions the hotel decor was quite dated but suits the style of hotel. We were... Recently stayed at the Cliffs for a long weekend, was expecting great things , sadly this wasn't the case, firstly the reception girls were unhelpful and unfriendly , they seemed to struggle with anything they were asked. Also the food was poor, small portions and not the best quality, my girlfreinds daughter and her friend asked for chicken nuggets chips... More

This was the second time we've come for the all-inclusive weeks and it won't be the last. Everything was great. Food superb, served by james (who had unending patience with our weird breakfast orders) kids had fun in the kids zone. Only downside is the lack of adequate car parking in hotel grounds, but there's plenty of roadside parking nearby.... More
