Can't believe how good a B&B this place is, easy decision for us to go back next year. The owners Steve and Coleen two of the nicest people around and the rooms are clean and tidy. Can't comment on the food as we went room only but I never heard any complaints. I would easily recommend this to any couples... More

So glad we found this B&B! Stayed at a few B&B's in Blackpool, this one is by far the best by a million miles. Great welcome from Colleen and Steve. Rooms were clean and warm,always well stocked with tea and milk. Tasty cooked breakfasts with plenty of tea and toast. Bonus having on site parking (cars being parked by resident valet Steve)

Have stayed at 10+ B&B's in Blackpool over the years but this is by far the best. Colleen and Steve are so friendly and go out of their way to help. Room was spotless, always warm and bed was very comfy! Breakfast was great, and Steve was always around offering more tea and toast and to have a nice chat!... More

located south shore 10 mins walk if that to the front ideal for the pleasure beach yet quiet at night .rooms comfortable and cleanest ive ever stayed in in blackpool.The bar area and rooms are all kept warm to ensure your comfort.Breakfast no complaints cereal full breakfast toast pot of coffee or tea.Had a very enjoyable wkend and next time... Very walm welcome steve and colleen are lovely people, the b and b is clean, the service is great we will definatly be going back again just like last year loved every minite of our stay and would recomend it to and one going to blackpool Amy & Steven xx

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from our stay at The Waverley. It was brilliant. We stayed for four nights and couldnt have been welcomed more warmly.
