Visited in November 2012. Not nice, room was tiny, bathroom even smaller, and the place was dirty. Breakfast was not good and it appeared the waitress wasn't all that interested in providing any level of service at all.

Up for a football weekend we found the room a little on the small side but the overall accommodation was clean and comfortable, with the usual TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities. Just returned from a weekend in Blackpool. After being let down by a B&B ie Brownes Hotel! Just across the road, we decided to try this B&B.Thank goodness! We had a brilliant welcome and were shown to a spotless clean room! Breakfast was excellent! Will defo return!

The room was fairly small but clean. Clean bathroom. Friendly nice lady owner. The bar and dining area are pleasant and breakfast was fresh and really very good. Would stay again at The Boyce without hesitation.

Would like to say all the staff are warm and welcoming espically Ceila, Bill, leanne we were shown to our room which was clean and very modern the towels were neatly presented on the bed and there was handwash in the wash area which I have found staying in other B&Bs they don't seem to have which was a bonus!...
