this is a lovely guest house, it is spotlessly clean. Tracy is a fantastic host and made my son and me feel very welcome she is very approachable nothing is too much. we will definitely be visiting again

Stayed at the cardoun for a lads weekend break.tracey was very welcomeing and a fantastic host.nothing was to much trouble for her.even made breakfast a bit later fo us.top guest house.i would definately reccomend anyone to stay at the cardoun

We went on a weekend hen do. Tracey was fab,room was great for 4 of us that shared,really helpful letting us know where to go etc,great breakfast,really good value for money and the location is perfect,right near the front and a short couple of min walk to get to the trams etc,would definatley recommend :)
