The host was a lovely lady who cooked a very good breakfast and plenty of it. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. However that's where the good stops. Our room was very small with a double bed, small wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite. There wasn't enough rom for any of it really. The room was freezing when we arrived... More

We had a fantastic stay last June (2012). Sharon and Roger were extremely helpful as to things to do and places to visit. We were a group of people. Breakfast was lovely, as was their company and we are looking forward to returning again in July 2013.

In the words of Tina Turner "simply the best". Sharon and Roger are amazing, the rooms were both comfortable and clean, the food was fantastic! Sharon and Roger make your stay in Blackpool special and nothing is too much for them....its like home from home...and we will definitely be going to Appleton House again in the near future.
