Everything was perfect, the hosts Josie & Paul, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great. I stayed with my daughter and we were made to feel like one of the family. I would definitely recommend a stay here and will be visiting again.

Had a wonderful time at the Waters Edge. Stayed there from the 21st to the 25th of Feb 2013 and my girlfriend and I could not have found a nicer and more central place in Blackpool. This B&B was recommended to us, so I decided to take my wife as a treat for Valentines. We were not disapointed !! We felt welcome and at home from the start. Friendly people with good recomendations of places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. After our day out on the 14th we were met with a lovley surprise... More

Last weekend, my husband and I stayed at the Waters Edge Hotel (Dean Street, Blp. It is all kind of average when you only consider the size and layout of the room (we had No.6) but really, when considering the cost (£100 for 2 nights in a clean and large bed & delicious and well-cooked breakfast) you could not expect... On arrival we were greeted by a man who constantly shouted "Margaret! Customers!" this immediately made us feel at home. We were then told that we need to go to another hotel in order to get a parking Pass, to which I have never seen as many disclaimer signs saying "we are not responsible for your car". Once "Margaret" had... More

What a decrepit little place. My partner, his 5 yo and I spent one night in this 'hotel' and I'm glad we made it out alive. We might have frozen to death! Thankfully there were two bunk beds and only one child so at least he could have two duvets to try and keep warm, my partner and I were... More
