very warm welcome on arrival, exceptionally clean and tidy rooms, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very filling in a very pleasant dining room. I read reviews first & they are so true excellent clean rooms bathroom smelt of bleach. made to feel very welcome nice place to have a drink & excellent service at breakfast endless toast & hot chocolate was made for my two girls. we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on 16th feb and felt welcome as soon as we checked in.mitchell,jayne and colin are all really friendly and make great hosts.the room was clean and comfortable snd breakfast wad delicious.would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again

Stayed here to see the lights in november with two other families. it was excellent value for money .breakfasts were great as were the rooms.staff were really helpful too!they help us find the best places to eat and were great with giving us information about which attractions were worth visiting. will def use again next time we are visiting bkackpool

Owners are extremely attentive and friendly. Location is perfect, short walk from all attractions. Accommodation is absolutely spotless, and the breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. Would definitely look to come back and would have no hesitation recommending.
