Booked this bed and breakfast for my parents Ruby wedding anniversary. The lady who owns it was very helpful, and even left them a card and box of chocs in their room! Really nice 2 night stay Easter 2012. The cottage is easy to find, as you come into Bowness towards the lake turn right at Costa Coffee and there it is opposite the church. The cottage was built in 1650 and the rooms are very small. However, its centtral location and the comfort of the room makes up for this. While the bathroom needed some minor maintenance, it was clean. One bit of advice is to caution people about using the adjacent restaurant. More
