“Excellent Guest House”

Stayed at West View in April. We were instantly made to feel welcome and were offered a cup of tea in the lounge. The lounge over looks Causey Pike. Our room (4) was very spacious and cosy. Our hosts Paul& dawn were wonderful & most attentive. Our room was lovley comfortable, & very very clean. I opted to stay at Westview whilst working in the area (Jan 2012). The room was excellent, warm, clean and comfortable. The hot shower was especially welcoming after a hard days work. I didn't meet the owners but Heather their Daughter was an excellent host. Well done. More

My partner and I stayed here again for a few nights over new year. Its still a great band b with lovely breakfast and helpful owners. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. More

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 night break at West View. We stayed in the Causey Pike room which has lovely views over the Park towards the fells in the distance. “Lovely Place”

We spent 2 nights here with some American visitors. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Our rooms were very comfortable clean and and well appointed. The owners could not have been more helpful. The West View is a few sort minutes walk to the town. All in all a very good B&B More
