My partner and I stayed at Dorchester House over Easter Weekend. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were great and Ann and Dennis were lovely welcoming hosts. All in all we will definitely be back, cannot recommend it highly enough!

We stayed for two nights at this B&B while touring the lake district. The location was very convenient to town. The room was clean and comfortable, but decor was a little dated. Great breakfast, friendly hosts and good value.

We stayed at the Dorchester House for the New Year weekend where we were warmly welcomed by Anne and Dennis. Our room was clean, very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, serving local produce with a personal touch. Ideal central location with easy, flat, short walk to shops/bars.
