Stayed here in mid-December for two nights. Accommodation good, comfortable and clean, with all that I needed. Breakfast excellent and dinner equally good. Real ales in excellent condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Location by the lake and access to the rest of the Lake District makes this a good choice for a few nights or for longer. More
