The room we were initially allocated was cold and the heating didnt work, when this was mentioned to the desk staff we were immediately given another room and were even offered to have our things... 29 pounds per night!! Really? Had 2 nights here over a weekend in July 2011 (only just found this forum) and would not hesitate to stay again,or recommend to others. Ok, so brekkie is extra, but what value and variety. Clean, spotless, friendly staff, very security concious-no access to accommodation floors without a pass. On the Saturday morning we were... More

This is a great hotel, the usual Premier Inn, spotless rooms, great breakfast around £8 and this particular hotel had extremely friendly helpful staff. But... can't mark down the hotel but can mark down the location because 'city centre' to me indicates being in the centre of the city i.e. a very short walk away from theatres, restaurants, shops etc... Clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is very handy for a visit to 'The Deep', and is a short walk over the river Hull to the Hull's old town. More

One of the best Premier inn's we have stayed at.Very close to the Deep, and all the pub's and bar's in the old town are a short walk away. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpfull and will certainly be using it again. More

Had long weekend at this fairly new high-rise PI. Excellent room and facilities, plus superb view across city from tenth floor. Breakfast was very good and room was very quiet. Location is OK - it is on the edge of the city centre, but the walk is lengthy because of having to go round via the lifting bridge. The walk... More

We stayed at this hotel for the second time 9/12 to 11/12/11. It's in a great position, overlooking the River Hull, the old town and the Humber estuary (depending on the room you book). It's an easy (about 10/15 mins) and safe walk up a foot bridge and across the river, where you then find yourself right in the old... More
