This is only a small hotel but welcoming and good value. Our room had a separate "living room" with the tv. in and a settee which we found excellent. Much more comfortable than sitting on the bed to watch. Room clean and comfortable. Location for us was excellent as it was only a short walk to the bus stop. Buses... More

This is a small/little update on my review dated 3rd December 2010 All ok in 2011 - as expected. Now - as presumed - all ok on room TV - big digital 32 inch screen - fully digital and perfect picture quality. Slight set-back: TV is in "livingroom"-part of the room - can not be watched while lying in bed.... More

This is the best little hotel in Hull. It is well run very clean environment and very human friendly. I highly recommend you stay here while visiting Hull and North Yorkshire. The staff is fantastic and truly flexible to accomodate and meet customer's varying needs. I felt at home even though hundreds of miles away. More

This is a simple, basic hotel but it is marked by the friendliness of all the staff, who did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities. The full English breakfast was extremely good. The hotel is in a quiet, residential location, within easy distance of the... More

You couldn't ask for more from this guest house. Free internet connection. Free parking. You are made to feel very welcome and for a very reasonable price. Close to the town and university and based in a really nice quiet picturesque area of hull. The owner is very accommodating and bends over backwards to help in any way she can.... More

I couldn't have asked for more rom a Hotel. The Staff was great and very homey. The service was good and i was never lacking in anything. On days when I slept a little late the staff even knocked on the door to remind me that breakfast was on. True it's not the Hiltonbut it's a quaint little slice of... More
