I stayed one night with wife and 2 children at detached room 16. This hotel is a really comfortable and reasonable. Staff, food and location are also good. We can choose small size breakfast. Highly recommended to everybody.

We stayed as a couple in this well-appointed hotel opposite Canterbury Castle and 10 minutes walk from cathedral. Free parking and wi-fi. Room in main building was spacious and comfortable. Very helpful staff who offered restaurant recommendations and made useful suggestions. Excellent value.

Had a great stay at Castle House hotel in Canterbury for NYE 2013. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were spacious and clean. It was also very convenient for walking into Canterbury. Would recommend and will use this hotel again myself.
