Good location - easy to find when coming from motorway and loads of off-street parking. Room decor seemed a tad dated, however comfortable and warm. Breakfast served a bit earlier than I would have preferred but experience now tells that unless staying in an hotel early breakfasts within B&B's is the norm. Breakfast good and plentiful.
