Stayed here for 2 nights in November 2011. Found Debbie, the owner, very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are good for the price. Location is good - a nice walk in to the city centre. Loved the friendliness of the owner, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was great. The pub down the road, served one of the best steak sandwhiches I have had in a long time. Would definately recommend it.
